Today, on June 2009 is the 68th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic war. On this day in 1941 the German fascist troops traitorously attacked the Soviet Union. The web-site “Our Victory” is dedicated to the heroes of that war, our grandfathers and great-grandfathers. We remember the immortal feats of our people.

MARGIN OF STRENGTH

I still cannot realize,
How did I, small and starving,
Manage to live to the Victory May
Through the fires and toils of war.

Where did the weakest of us
Take their strength from?..
There is no need to wonder! – Russia
